E & B Indoor Soccer has made booking as easy as possible! Text or email us with your party request and we will do the rest!

Please include:

• Child’s Name and how old they are turning.
• Your name and relation to the party child.
• The number of children you plan to invite.
• Type of party: sport, nerf, or toddler (if sport, please tell us which sport(s).

Our Birthday Party Coordinator, Ana Paula, will reach out to you as soon as possible. Ana will schedule the party with you, go over party details, collect your deposit, and answer any questions you might have!

Please note: party deposits are non-refundable. 

Party Deposit:

• A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party spot at the time of booking using a debit or credit card.
• Your deposit will be applied towards your final party balance.
• The party deposit is non-refundable.

Party Balance:

• The full party balance (which will include a 10% tax) is required on the date of the party.
• In the event your balance is not paid at the end of your party, E & B Indoor Soccer reserves the right to bill your card on file for the full amount owed.
• Your final headcount for child participants will be assessed during the party. You will not be charged for any children who do not show up the day of the party. Additional children are billed at the rate of $18/child.

Tipping:

• We guarantee our staff is the best in town and we welcome gratuities for excellent performance!
• Party tips can be added to the bill if desired, or paid to the party workers in cash the day of the experience.

Nerf Birthday parties include the following:

• 60 minutes on the field
• 45 minutes in the party room
• 12 Participants* (this count includes the birthday child)
• Single Day Memberships for all party participants
• Party Greeter
• Game Leader
• Party Server
• All party set-up and clean-up.
• All party supplies: nerf equipment, nerf themed decorations, tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, serving bowls, cooler with ice for serving drinks on the field, candles, cake knife, lighter.

*Our parties include 12 participants. Additional participants are billed at the rate of $18/child. The maximum number of party participants is 18. In the event you need to host a larger event, talk with our part coordinator for more options.

These items are not included, but parties are more than welcome to bring these items from home or have food delivered*:

• Food, snacks, and drinks
• Birthday cake or cupcakes
• Party favors

*We allow delivery from any surrounding food vendor. For a list of partnered food vendors, please contact our party coordinator. We recommend that food is delivered at least 15-20 minutes prior to your part room time.

**We are a peanut free facility. We cannot serve food, snacks, cake, etc. with peanuts.

• Additional Field Time: rate varies by season per our rental pricing. Check with the party coordinator for field availability and price.
• Additional Party Room Time: At this time, we do not offer additional party room time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Since E & B Indoor Soccer has hosted thousands of parties, we have gathered some frequently asked party questions:

• How early should our party arrive?
  We ask that members of the party arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their start time. When you arrive there will be a party greeter to check you in. Each attendee must check in ahead of time, as well as have a completed party waiver.
  
  
• Can I order food to be delivered from any surrounding food place?
  Yes! We just ask that food is delivered at least 15-20 minutes prior to your party room time. Since we are a peanut-free facility, we ask that all outside food is peanut free.
  
  
• Are parents allowed to stay and watch?Absolutely! Although parents are not required to stay, they are welcome to stay and be part of the party.
  
  
• How many children can participate in the party?
  The maximum amount of children allowed in a party is 18. This includes the birthday child.
  
  
• What days are available to book a party?
  Birthday parties can be booked on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event that you need to book a party on a weekday or Friday, please talk with our party coordinator to discuss availability.
  *Please be aware that on weekends, especially in the winter, the Rockville Sports Arena may have other tournaments, leagues, and programs going on at the same time as your party.*
  
  
• What if someone in the party has an allergy or disability?
  If someone in your party has an allergy or disability, please let our party coordinator know at the time of booking.
  
  
• Do we need to bring any equipment?
  Nope! We provide all the equipment for the party. Please note: we are not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment brought from home.
  
  
• What if I need to change my party date or time?
  At this time, we cannot honor rescheduling for non-emergency reasons. In the event of inclement weather or if your child is sick, please contact our party coordinator with your concerns.
  
  
• Can I add more things the day of the party?
  Additional children can be added-on the day of the party. For planning purposes, no other add-ons are allowed last-minute and we appreciate your understanding with this matter.
